Celebration of Life Ceremonies

No one is actually dead until the ripples they cause in the world die away.

Sometimes, our final farewell to a loved one does not form part of their actual funeral ceremony. Some families prefer to keep this separate.

Perhaps you chose an unattended Direct Cremation at the time of their death and now feel ready to mark their passing and celebrate their life in a more public and celebratory manner.

Maybe you now feel ready and able to inter or bury your loved one’s ashes, possibly reuniting them permanently in a place with a special family member who has passed away before them.

I offer Celebration of Life ceremonies at any point in your mourning journey that you feel is appropriate. Some families take comfort from holding a more formal occasion on a significant date or anniversary, to turn a difficult date into a more comforting and positive one. Celebration of Life ceremonies can take place a short or long time after losing a loved one, as always, working with a celebrant there are no rules so that I can create a ceremony that is special for you.

Interment services would be organised in conjunction with a Funeral Director of your choice who will make the rest of the necessary arrangements. Celebration of life ceremonies can take place anywhere that you choose- at home, in a function room or in an outdoor location that held special significance for your loved one.

Feel free to contact me should you have any further questions to discuss then let me know when you feel ready for us to start creating your perfect ceremony together.
